I appreciated my very nice stay for one night. The breakfast was good with plenty of meals to choose from. The room was comfy and stocked, included with a Jacuzzi and working AC and double beds.

The breakfast had plenty of food, like eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast and hot waffles. The most important was the staff - helpful and amicable people. The location was magnificent, minute walk from Lions.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Felt comfortable. The room was clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The morning food was great. We plan to use this hotel on a regular basis.

The Staff were especially accommodating and went out of their way to help upgrade us (for free!) when the room we Booked was not available. The extra space made our stay more enjoyable and comfortable.

This place has a great location, just a mile away from an amazing zoo 🦁. the rooms here are pretty spacious, with a nice big balcony or deck for you to enjoy.

This hotel was very convenient to the zoo and old downtown areas. Both we planned destinations for us. The staff was very helpful in directing us where we needed to go and the ultimate one-way streets we would encounter. ie: how to return to the hotel.

The bathroom faucet leaked a stream of water if it wasn't turned off at an angle off center. I brought this to the attention of the desk when we checked out. The breakfast could have been a little more creative, as the orange juice was mixed incorrectly. Kudos on the hardboiled eggs. My son made a waffle the first day. It was definitely not to his liking.

The pictures of the pool online makes it look huge! It is not. Also, no hot tub. Bummer.

Chose this hotel for the pool,only to find out the pool was closed for maintenance. My granddaughter was very disappointed. People in room above us were very noisy. Called the desk and were told they would call them. The noise contiued for at least 30 minutes after that.
